Your Web in your pocket. Really.

USB flash drives are great. Not only they make serious tools to carry data, insert in any computer and start using, they're great fun too. And they would certainly make more sense if one could carry applications as well – your Firefox, your Yahoo Messenger, your Skype and of cU3_1ourse, your Webaroo.

You can do all that, and more, using SanDisk's U3 platform. Read more about it here.

We recently announced our partnership and upcoming support for the U3 platform. Check us out at the U3 booth at the Digital Life Conference in NYC where we're demo-ing Webaroo on U3. You can also get Webaroo for your U3 drive from our website, but as you can see it’s in our Labs and still getting ready for prime time.Webaroo_on_u3_copy_1

Webaroo on U3 is like a perfect match - to be able to carry my web content (in my pocket) and be able to search and browse on any computer without being bothered about Internet connectivity is truly amazing.

As Kate Purmal, CEO of U3 noted, “With Webaroo’s software for U3 smart drives, consumers will soon select and store a wide variety of information they glean from the Web, and access it on any PC even when they don’t have Internet connection. Webaroo and U3 have harnessed the mobile Web in a highly secure, personalized and portable form.”

Needless to say, we’re really excited.
